Incorporating Turmeric Into Your Diet

As an avid lover of Indian food, I'm a huge fan of Nutrient Stripped's recipe for Spicy Coconut Curry with Sweet Jasmine Rice. When I don't have time to make an elaborate meal, I sprinkle turmeric in my scrambled eggs, roasted vegetables, rice, and soup!

In the midst of midterms, this drink has really helped me wind down at the end of my day. It doesn’t hurt that it’s extremely delicious. As a kid, I used to hate when my mom made me drink warm milk before going to bed, but this is now the best part of my day.

  • 2 cups of coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon organic honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Pinch grated ginger
  • Pinch ground nutmeg
