New Year's Eve Cocktail

NYE [infobox subtitle="The Perfect Cocktail for New Year's Eve" bg="red" color="white" opacity="on" space="30" link="no link"]Cheers![/infobox]

2014 has been a special year, and we demand nothing but the best to celebrate the past and embrace New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Champagne is fine and dandy to celebrate on NYE, but we feel we need to go the extra mile (or the extra teaspoon if we want to get technical…) to make it the best night of the year.

For an added twist to your champagne, try adding a teaspoon of raspberry sorbet before serving. Easy, right? Yet, this small detail makes all the difference. The raspberry sorbet not only adds some color to the champagne, but it also gives extra flavor. Try passion fruit instead of raspberry if you're feeling up to it. Better yet? Try them both.

Got the traditional covered with champagne? Check. Extra-flavor? Check. Easy to make? Check. Time to party, are you ready?
